As of the first 20 days of this year, I've started school, James has started a new job, and Sam has gained a few pounds. He now has a bucket of new phrases and sayings, like "hi mommy, how are you?? Hi Sally, hi daddy, hi wookies....love you daddy", etc. He is only twenty months and his verbal abilities have amazed me. Daddy has taught him to shake hands, which he does with profound diligence! My little man...I just love him so much!!!!
James starts his new job soon. He was laid off BA (you guys suck), but through connections, landed a much better job AND in management! He got a much needed and deserved pay rise, and more responsibilities to challenge him. I am so proud of him! He is an amazing husband, and we'll be celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary this summer.
And on to moi- class started the other day. I'm finding it difficult to acclimate to my my new routine, and would rather spend my free time with James and Sam. It's all for a good purpose, so I do it. My greatest fear is not spending a significant amount of time with Sam; the time flies by so quickly and it's exhausting trying to hold on to every hour. That's why I take videos/pictures and document each day. I don't trust my memory to keep everything in order! ;-)
The animals are cool. Maybe too cool, as Sally has been having too much freedom in the yard. That needs to stop. And the cats keep me annoyed by opening the cabinets and leaving their hair on my carpet. But they belong in the Page family, so have to keep them happy!
